We chose Paramount Dental because it was close to home, and before scheduling, we submitted our insurance information for a routine cleaning and cavity filling. We were told it was approved, so my husband went ahead with the services. Afterward, we got a call saying the front desk had made a mistake — our insurance didn’t actually cover dental costs. So we ended up paying out-of-pocket, and set up a $100/month payment plan to cover the bill. Once we finally paid it off, my bank alerted me that Paramount Dental was attempting to charge my card again. The front desk had never deleted our card information after the balance was paid, and I had to call in to stop the charge myself. Between the initial insurance mix-up and then almost being charged again after paying in full, this experience felt careless and unprofessional. It seems like there’s a real lack of attention to detail here, and mistakes like these can end up costing patients hundreds or even thousands of dollars. If we hadn’t been limited by our insurance network, we would have gone elsewhere. Beware.

I had recently went to another seattle dentistry and felt disappointed with the service. Paramount Dental is the real deal. For starters, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. During the appointment, Shala did the lords work. She was incredibly thorough on every tooth while making sure I was comfortable throughout. My girlfriend was in shock when I got home. A 45 minute appointment with Shala was a complete transformation. The parking out front was easy and they have validation inside. The staff up front was able to easily find my insurance for me to make sure it was accepted. They even gave me a goody bag with a fancy coffee mug, tooth brush, hand sanitizer, high end floss, mints, lip balm etc. as I’d recommend this place to everyone. Sometimes it’s the little things that say a lot. Make sure to ask for Shala, she was great

Paramount dental has been my provider for quite some time now and I can't say enough good things about them. I'd like to commend Hit and Shayla for always being attentive to my care & Dr. Del Rosario being knowledgeable and kind. Great team, completing my appointments in a thorough and timely manner- pain free!

I have been a patient of Dr. D since 11/2024 and every visit has been a pleasant experience under his care and his staff. They are so friendly and courteous and take the time to make sure you are receiving the best care possible, as well as being comfortable during the exam/treatment. They give the best customer service ever and their notifications are always timely for upcoming appointment reminders. I recommend anyone thinking about switching their dental care to seriously consider Dr. D and his staff.

This is the best dental office hands down, the team is so warm and professional! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a big smile from April, she is always taking the time to go over my treatment plan and maximizing my benefits. Dr.Abu and Dr.Del Rosario are always so gentle and take the time to explain every step of the procedure. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. They also have an amazing assistant Hit who always takes good care of me, the warm neck pillow is my favorite part! The office is very modern and they have all the new dental equipment that make coming to the dentist very easy! Look no further this is the best dental office in town! Highly recommend!! 🦷
